Activation Fee

If you want to have a play there is an activation fee and we will keep your data for a year.
Usage
£2.50 per sample
You pay for each sample that Sample Hub manages for you. Pretty straightforward.
Help
£125 / hour
You may want help setting up your service. We can help you with that. To set the system up for some simple tests will take an hour or two.
Low level use pricing
The choice for low use sampling rates and for those trying out the service.
Annual Fee
£550 per annum
In order for us to set up your account and keep your data safe, secure and accessible for five years, we need to charge an annual fee. This includes 250 sample records in that 12 month period.
Top Up Fees
£925 Top Up
You pay for each sample that Sample Hub manages for you. Pretty straightforward. You can buy an extra 500 samples to use.

You may want help setting up your service. We can help you with that. Our simple set up gets you a day on onboarding advice and system configuration.
High level use pricing
The choice for high use sampling, such as a hospital, and clients with multiple sites
Annual Fee
£4,000 PER ANNUM
In order for us to manage your account and keep your data safe, secure and accessible for five years, we need to charge an annual fee. This includes 3,000 sample records in that 12 month period.

£630 top up
You pay for each sample that Sample Hub manages for you. Pretty straightforward. You can buy an extra 500 samples to use.
