BEST PRACTICE - ALWAYS
BEST PRACTICE - ALWAYS
There are many situations when sampling programmes are not ad-hoc but critical elements of system management. Such as water hygiene management in healthcare or when buildings are being handed over after construction.
In such situations the sampling programme is pre-defined and the rules for repeat sampling are clearly defined. The problem is that for many of these programmes the collection, despatch and repeat sampling relies of contractors and busy teams. Often errors occur and samples are missed.
Sample Hub manages the scheduling of the work, defining who is doing what, which labs are being used and what needs to be done after the sample results are returned.
Contractors (and others) who are tasked with the collection of the water or physical sample , are given a clear schedule of work, instructions for the collection of the sample and where / how to send that sample to.
Clients or their service providers can upload individual results or use the sample template uploader to load results in bulk.
Either way the results will be processed and escalated as per the pre-defined rules set up in the system.
The rules that you can set up are very flexible. This means that you can define exactly what you want to happen based upon the results that are returned.
Your can decide who and when individuals or groups are informed.
Once a test point has recorded a satisfactory result or a series of satisfactory results (based upon your rules) the testing programme will snap the next routine test date.
Not only can the system AI define when the next sampling should be carried out but other required work, prior to a re-sample, can be specified such as a change or filers or a system clean.
We can work through your work programme. Best practice is always followed.
